Surtex 2008 Post Report

Surtex 2008 - I am back from the show and I am thrilled with the response I received. A wide variety of manufacturers showed an interest in my work. I am most excited because . . . I showed a wide range of artwork and the artwork the customers were drawn to were also my favorite pieces.

This means I am on the right track . . . and can work in the direction I was hoping for!!! Yippee!!

We shared a number of great meals, this was
at the Emporium Restaurant 15 West 46th St.

She had - Filé de Peixe com Camarão, Abóbora e Leite-de-Coco
Sautéed red snapper filet, shrimp, pumpkin & coconut-milk

I had - Camarão na Moranga
Shrimp, hearts of palm & coconut milk in an acorn squash topped with catupiri cheese.


It was absolutely the best meal we had in NYC.
