TERMS of Purchase
* Pay in-full or 2 installments due within 1 month (or 2 salaries).
* Booking fee is REQUIRED if you're not paying within 24 hours. It's not refundable if cancelled. Otherwise, it's open to other buyers.
* Once order is confirmed ($$$ paid), no cancellation or exchange allowed.
* All $$ paid will be forfeited in case of Cancellation or skipping payment. Ex: agreed to pay Jun/July but paid Jun, skip July and pay in Aug...not OK. Order is cancelled immediately, $$$ not refunded.
* Prices may subjected to changes, without prior notice.
* Items and prices offered in blog is not guaranteed available until you pay booking fees or 1st installment.
Bottom line: I have NO obligation to serve prospective buyer, who made NO PAYMENT or MISSED (Scheduled) Payment, regardless of any prior arrangements.
